Natalie Bogart, Marketing Director for the Downeaster train to Maine, which has seen its ridership grow 87% since she was hired in 2006 with revenue up by 136% since then.   Progressive Railroading Magazine in 2020 nominated her as a Rising Star in Railroading.

Priscilla Kalugdan, Marketing & Communications Officer for the Capital Corridor to Sacramento, California from the Bay Area which has seen ridership grow 284% and revenue growth of 508% since 1998, shortly before Pricilla was hired in 2001.

Jim Mathews, CEO of Rail Passengers Association and former chair of Amtrak's Customer Advisory Committee

We'll learn their best practices and lessons, helping us think together what we can do in Vermont to inform and inspire folks to make our rail services stronger.
