Check Out The Support For Passenger Rail In Vermont

Vermont Rail Action Network (VRAN) supports the creation of a passenger rail network, connecting cities and towns through an integrated public transportation service. Below is a petition VRAN has been circulating to Vermonters with an interest in passenger rail. 180 Vermonters from around the state want to see the Budd cars put to use connecting Vermont cities and towns.

We understand today is the third reading of H.529, which includes Sec. 34 Technical Analysis of Commuter Rail Service Utilizing Self-Propelled Diesel Multiple Unity (DMU). VRAN strongly supports the inclusion of this language.
