Communities See Brighter Future with Rail! 

Vermont Rail Action Network invites you to come celebrate and share the work being done to help promote passenger and freight rail in Vermont.

Over the past year, we have seen a growing interest in the AllEarth Community Rail Project, which is working towards connecting Vermont cities and towns with its fleet of Budd cars. We are continuing to work with Amtrak in order to connect their ridership to our communities through better signage and a volunteer station host program. We have been developing and expanding our outreach to see where there are rail adjacent commercial properties that could provide growth and opportunity for Vermont businesses. And most importantly, YOU! We are working to mobilize and grow support to expand transportation opportunities in Vermont!
