Communities See Brighter Future with Rail!
Come join Vermont Rail Action Network as we celebrate and share the work being done to help promote passenger and freight rail in Vermont.
Over the past year, we have seen a growing interest in the AllEarth Community Rail Project, which is working towards connecting Vermont cities and towns with its fleet of Budd cars. We are continuing to work with Amtrak in order to connect their ridership to our communities through better signage and a volunteer station host program. We have been developing and expanding our outreach to see where there are commercial adjacent properties that could provide growth and opportunity for Vermont businesses. And most importantly, YOU! We are working towards mobilizing and growing our membership to help support and contribute to expanding transportation opportunities in the state of Vermont!
