I’m pleased to share that we have an intern helping this summer. Would you consider a contribution to help fund her stipend?
Isabella Wolfsdorf is a student a UVM. Her primary effort will be to build us a new website – something we need to reduce our costs and make it easier to update with the latest happenings. We are sharing her with Netzero Vermont.
Here is her introduction of herself:
“I’m studying environmental studies and green building design. I love learning about ecological systems as well as the political, social, economic, etc., intersections. This past semester I’ve had the wonderful and rewarding opportunity to intern with Deb Sachs [VRAN board member and leader of NetZero Vermont]. It has given me a chance to focus in the energy and transportation sector and to engage with the multiple aspects of community organizing. I’m so happy to also do some work with the VRAN website. I see rail as such important infrastructure on a cultural level, as well as a large piece of a sustainable transportation future. Career-wise, I’m taking a direction that incorporates transportation and hopefully urban design, though it’s early to tell! I’m grateful for the opportunity! “
We’ve promised her a stipend. Will you help us make good?
