You are invited to join us Thursday, December 17th at 11:00 am for a Vermont rail advocates zoom meeting. Joining us will be Joe Flynn, Secretary of Transportation. We will focus on Amtrak and VRAN policy priorities in the coming year. (zoom link at bottom)
We’ve been doing some work on both subjects, so we’ll update you on our outreach so far and we’ll get your input, discuss priorities and discuss next steps.
Following our recent request for input, we pulled together a small policy committee to think through issues. You’ll hear the fruits of that effort.
Another rail meeting is also on December 17th, at 4:00pm – the “Town Hall” at which Vtrans will take input regarding proposed priorities identified in the current revision of the state rail plan.
